I'm going to be doing a series of Minecraft videos in hardcore mode, and I need some way to record it.

Just a quick guide to what is bad and what isn't:
Can record voice = required.
Can record game sound = required.
Can't record both voice and game sound = **** you no
Turns everything blue =NEVER AGAIN.
Costs money = only if there's no equally easy to use, free alternative
Pain in the ass to use = lol nope
Doesn't actually save the video = ...why would I use that...
Requires ungodly amounts of editing to make the video half-decent = no
Doesn't keep the audio synchronised with the video = NEVER AGAIN.
records at 10 FPS and can't be changed = My computer is powerful enough to record faster than that.
is a virus = LOL NO

might post this on the minecraft thread if the blog is ignored

    Either Camstudios for some free, yet not great quality stuff.
    Or Camtasia for some great quality but does cost quite a bit. What you can do is take a 30 day free trial and then just keep putting your computer's date back once it reaches a certain day towards the end of it. (Not sure if this still works, but hey, if you only need to record 1 thing and think you can do it in 30 days, then choose the 30 day free trial)

    Find the crack/serial for camstudio which contains no virus.

    I should've added that I'm not pirating it because I don't want to risk getting a virus.
