Odd Nightmare?

Okay so I like had a dream/nightmare of this dude who was a mindreader. He was tall, blond hair'd, and had a wannabe goatee... Me and some of my classmates were in a hotel room corner watching him talk.
He told us that within every single person lied the emotion 'guilt', and that an insane amount of guilt can be reliesed by saying a single phrase. Once all the guilt is triggered, they would have some sort of mental breakdown. There were 3 rules to this guilt-phrase thing:
1)That the phrase is different for different people.
2)Only people above the age of 3 will understand and react to the phrase.
3)No matter who the person is, the pope, dali-Lhama, and even Hitler, has guilt inside of them.
Then, he turned to a meek, shy, Japanese girl called Yunno, and he said to her... "Yunno. Look into the mirror." He opened his palm and pointed it at her.
Yunno didn't do as he said, instead she got on her knees, collapsed into a laid-down position on her stomach, and stared at the wall while drooling. (FYI: She was having a mental breakdown.)
...Then I woke up. I wouldn't say it was as much scary as it was weird.
