is there a way i can change my ip address i need help im banned for somthing i dididnt do!

heres what happed so guy said a F@H for you i said ok a set my email all that stuff then i tryed going back on ym acc later and it said ip adress banned for like 12101313 seceonds se you in 2016
i when to the hub and it said you banned me!

well i know the pass but i said im banned for 5 years this is the worst day of my life

...if you got "hacked", then 1) your IP is safe, and 2) you either gave the account away or had a bad pass.
