I never knew Starbucks was so good to work for, by benefits do you mean things like contribution to health insurance? I suppose the good thing about the early shift is that you have the evenings free to do stuff when stuff is actually happening.
I get paid well as it is, with some of the best benefits of any company. It in the top 10 best large companies to work for in the country. Not to mention waking up at 3:30am is my preferred shift out of anything else.

It an opening shift and it all pays the same no matter when you're there.
I hope you get a decent wage for waking at that ungodly hour. They often pay more for night shifts, correct?
