I'm sorry about the double blog, but look; the law in the Netherlands says that any drinks with less than 15% alcohol can be bought and drunk by 16 year olds and any stronger alcoholic drinks are for 18 year olds. Now they want to raise all of it to 18 to get rid of people who drink that much alcohol that they get in a coma.

What they don't realize is that the people who do this won't care about the minimum age. They'll get their alcohol anyway.
