Go to run and type in msconfig, inspect that entries in the startup tab. It'll also show you the location of the file and registry so you can deal with them.

Malwarebytes is a very nice program, indeed. I use it along with Microsoft Security Essentials, and it works fine and smoothly.

Wierd... I've heard about rundll32.exe, and it is possible to remove with some program.

No, I think I broke it by pulling it when it was caught. The cable is severed, the only thing keeping it in place is the elastic that goes with it.
