Hear about Williams22, who is pretty good with excel, and hear it is in quite a hole right now in his book, so say to Williams "if you're reading this - I will pay 50 upfront + 50 more within 4 weeks if you put up something good here!" Ask if anyone else is willing to contribute, and tell them it would be greatly appreciated!
