Secondly, how the hell do you plan to enforce a rule when there is no form of announcement to it?

We've made a decision about it and will be posting it shortly.
(most likely in the form of an announcement from Jiggmin)

This is the only form of 'announcement' that has been posted, unless I'm missing something somewhere. We may (stupidly) refer to Super Moderators as Administrators, but it isn't a MODERATOR's job to post the 'new rules.'

Thinking of starting a forum with this name, centered around freedom of posting. The only rules really would be no to violate the terms of use and to not piss off the staff, which a rule I've incorporate into any forum I moderator.

Would you join? Sound interesting at all? Thoughts?
