    The reported tag is unneccesary and an attempt to harass me. It's also diverting attention from the previously-big tags. They still flame me over something that happened over 3-4 months ago. (Yes, it's flaming, an attept to get me mad)

    Thhey are not reporting your blog, they have to have a reason to report, they are just adding a tag, it is not spam, it just adds to your tag cloud.
