The Gray Queen

Whenever I go to a .SWF file, and sometimes JV, a little blue bar appears at the bottom of the browser. It has no purpose at all.

It's annoying and it takes space. How do I get rid of it?

Pretending that someone actually cares about me, I have an update.
I'm now able to play PR2 again, and I have no infractions on JV.
Things couldn't have been better at the moment. I'm able to visit any Jiggmin-place without a fear of ban. I'm even making PR2 videos again.

It's been going on like this for almost a month now, and I haven't done anything bad ever since.
