I have just now right this minute successfully tested a setting in PR3 which lets you create item boxes that only give out specific items. So now you can have a jet pack dispenser in one spot, a rocket launcher dispenser in another spot, etc.

I have been asked for this feature a whole lot, so there you go!

People also often ask me for 3D graphics, but that's not one that I particularly plan on doing. :p
