After you give YouTube your phone number, is there any way to guarantee you will not receive any unexpected texts/calls?

Pretty basic stuff so far. Made the size 14 for most of the site. Made the main background blue, and lots of the text is red. I still need to:

-Change the color of members/mods ect. names
-Change the color of some other stuff I haven't figured out yet
-Add a few more things that are pretty. I know it's possible to do something cool, but that's a surprise for now. I'll see if I can do it.
