yaaay new season of Doctor Who.

I have enabled the party hat as a random prize in PR2. It's rarity is the same as the santa hat. I didn't want to restart all of the servers, so for now the only server this applies to is Isabel. Over the next couple of days the other servers will go through their auto restart cycle, and they will start giving out the party hat too.

Greg Wohlwend and I have spent the past week working on Effing Meteors, the sequel to Effing Hail.



This screenshot doesn't really do it justice, but whatever. :p
